Norwegian Statehood Pioneer Project Pay for Norwegian Pioneer Certificates On-Line
You can include a check when you mail your application, or make
your payment on-line via Paypal. On-Line Payments eliminate currency exchange
concerns for those applying from outside the US. Even if you make your
payment on-line, you MUST submit an application and documentation proving
pioneer residence and each generation in your line of descent.

On the "Review Your Order" screen, be sure to enter the name of your pioneer ancestor(s) as submitted on your application(s) to assist us in matching your payment to your application

For your protection, certificates will be sent to the credit card billing address entered on the check-out screen regardless of the submitter address listed on the application itself.

Electronic submission: You can click the "submit by email" button on the application form, or attach your completed application and images of required documentation to an email and send it to info@mn-nspp.org; or

Mail the application form and copies of proofs to the address on the application. The project will send a reminder email if the application has not arrived 14 days after the on-line payment is received.
